Appointment Arrival Times:
Appointment arrival times are approximate and are subject to change based on the conditions of Atlanta traffic. Please allow for a 30 minute window around arrival times.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings must be accepted and approved by Haley. Please provide 24 hours notice when requesting or cancelling services. A $25 cancellation fee per pet is in place if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before service start time.
Sizing Qualifications:
Some services may have varying prices due to the sizing of your pet. Please refer to the sizing guide when making bookings.
Sizing Guide:
Small dog size: 35 lbs or less
Medium dog size: 36 lbs to 50 lbs
Large dog size: over 50 lbs
