Shelter Spotlight

Shining A Light On Shelter Pets Who Needs A Second Chance

Wags and Wellness is a supporter and advocate for local pet adoption and animal rescue work. We believe that together we can help stop the shelter crisis that we are facing.

Owner and founder, Haley Allen and her rescue pup Jangaroo are an inseparable duo, who are lucky to have found each other through adoption services. It is because of Jangaroo that Haley wanted to dedicate a section of the website to highlight different shelter pets, in hopes of assisting with their future adoptions.

Here you can find information about some adoptable pets, who will qualify for discounted pet care services with Wags and Wellness if adopted. All pets are adoptable through our local various Lifeline Animal Shelter locations.

At approximately 2 years old, Cooper is a well-rounded, mature young pup that will be an amazing addition to anyone's family. He has a rockstar temperament, and is the perfect mix of cuddly and goofy.

He is cat, dog, and kid friendly! He's easy on leash, nonreactive, and has never met a stranger. His social butterfly personality makes for exciting walks.

He's requesting a home with a dog bestie, but this isn't required for adopting him. He would benefit most from continued socialization.

It's shocking that someone hasn't scooped Coop up, but let's help him find his forever home!
